Re-Humanize

Focusing on repair rather than punishment, our mission is to create a cultural, heart-led shift in the ways we respond to sexual violence. Marlee Liss founded the Re-Humanize Movement alongside her mother, after her sexual assault case concluded with restorative justice. We provide education on the power of restorative justice to centralize accountability, rehabilitation, transformation, and the voices of survivors. We raise awareness and enhance access to restorative justice for sexual violence, within the context of gender reconciliation.

Re-Humanize will be hosting a Survivor Circle led by Marlee Liss. After viewing this performance, any survivor is invited to join this circle. This is a space intended for survivors to have a discussion about the play, rape culture, and personal experiences. This is meant to be a healing and brave space for all survivors.

Alpha Kappa Sigma

Alpha Kappa Sigma is one of Northeastern's only two local fraternities, as well as one of its oldest. Established at NEU in 1919, AKS is a social fraternity who place a strong emphasis on brotherhood, personal and professional growth, and creating lasting memories and lifelong friends.

The fraternity will be participating in a post show discussion entitled "A Candid Conversation with Alpha Kappa Sigma." After viewing this performance, we will discuss the play in the context of hookup culture at large. The goal is to understand rape culture and discover tools that can lead to more healthy hookups. Following the posed questions, there will be space for members to pose anonymous questions. This conversation is open to the general membership of AKS.

Delta Tau Delta

The Iota Psi chapter of Delta Tau Delta was founded in the spring of 2013 with the mission of redefining Greek life on Northeastern’s Campus. As a chapter we help individuals achieve their goals, as they evolve into well rounded gentlemen. Through brotherhood, community service, and philanthropy, we provide an environment for motivated individuals to make an impact on this campus and community with the help of their brothers.
